I met Holly while she filled in at my normal waxing spot and we instantly got along. She made me feel relaxed and is super easy to talk to. Your business is vital to us, and we aim to provide optimal service timing.
Less than 48 hours' notice incurs a $50 fee or 50% of the booked service, whichever is higher.
Notifications under 24 hours will result in a 100% service charge.
Failure to attend your appointment incurs a 100% charge.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to accommodate our next client.
